I'm not entirely sure why all that happened and it does sound a little odd. What I would suggest is to log into your PlayNC.com account and ask them what's going on with all that drama. You might get a faster reply then here in the board but worse case scenario you'll get a reply to both :P

I pretty much just log in now to stand around and wait for something to do so if you never need help with anything Hero side you can contact me under my global which is also in my signature under my posts.

Just because I was board I walked up to a CoT madness mage without my Indomitable Will toggled, of the three toggles running only Rise to the Challenge dropped the others where just suppressed.

I'm not sure what's happening, but I'm noticing toggle drops on everything since the advent of i16.
Zoning on my defense capped Inv/SS tends to make all his defensive toggles drop.
Not EVERY time, but often enough that I'm having to stop and scan my trays to make sure nothing dropped before going into fights, or even crossing high level zones.

I'm further going to guess that when the OP zoned into the map, his toggles dropped and he didn't notice until he started getting wailed on. When he looked down at his bar, all the toggles were off, so he assumed that they were dropped in the fight.
It's just another possibility.
