Veteran Rewards on new account.

Ok, I'm aware I should be asking this to the NCsoft support but I cant figure how to submit a request to them, it always ask me to create a new account and it's getting on my nerves . I sent a PM to Avatea but he/she seems not to answer.
I'm an old CoX player, my EU account has 30 months Veteran Rewards, but for my comeback on CoX (after CO disappointment) I decided to buy the US version of the game, to play on populated and active servers (unlike the EU ones...), so I had to create a new account for US, and I'd just like to have my Veteran Rewards back on this account. It shouldnt be hard for NCsoft support to verify that I have the two CoX EU and US accounts on my NCsoft account. So, I post here to ask if anyone had the same problem, or just to let you know. Maybe I should send a GM in game ? Or maybe it's written somewhere that you cant have your Veteran Rewards on both your CoX game accounts. |
Granted this is a little different since its the EU vs US servers. I'd say to make sure that your payment and account information is identical between the account for it to even have a shot, then hope you catch a customer service rep on a good day, but since this is a completely separate account, for it to have a shot, you'll need some way of proving that it really is you and identical account information is a start to that.

Now, your situation is one EU / one US but I don't really see how that has any bearing on the matter. What it sounds like you really would benefit from, is the ability to transfer the account to the US servers.

In short, if the account doesn't have the time, it doesn't get the rewards, regardless of how long any other accounts you may have/had active in the past/present.
