Harvey Maylor gives the demon farm (it's a defeat all you just leave a mob intact to farm it) To get Maylor as a contact just do a PI bank mish even if you fail it the detective will give him as a contact.

As for KIDCHAOS, you can find the beginning of the arc with the link below. Just make sure that you are Lv.50 before you accept the "Defeat all villain in the area" one. And, remember that his is a major story arc and you can only have 2 of those active so you might have to finish one of your other Yellow Book contacts.
