Cost of transfering a toon.

Hello,
It seems Victory is getting kinda light on players now so was thinking of transfering some toons to Virtue. Does anyone know that the cost of transfering a toon is?

It's $9.99 (+ tax) per toon.

But I wouldn't give up on Victory just yet -- it's about the 5-6th most populated server, which puts us right about in the middle of the pack. I love Victory, and have met a TON of great people here.

Check out my signature, KIDCHAOS, or go to the Victory server forum here and check out any of the other SGs that have posted in the stickied thread. If you get with a good, active SG your chances of seeing people and teaming go WAY up.

Perhaps you should hang in there a little longer with your server. I am sorry to hear that happening and I hope that things work out for you KIDCHAOS.

Howevaz! Should you decide to transfer over to Virtue, then we should hang some time. I'm all up for meeting new people

It's been noted elsewhere in these forums that right now is an unusually slow time on ALL the servers, relatively speaking.


-- A lot of people have been beta-testing Issue 16 (which might be published TODAY!) on the test server
-- There's always a slump before a new issue anyway
-- Return to school has changed a lot of people's playing habits
-- The very recent release of a competing superhero game has drawn players to check it out, many of whom will possibly be returning here after their flirtation

You can expect to see more people soon (VERY soon if I 16 issues today!).

None of that means that Victory is trending in either direction in the long term, but do realize that right now all the servers "feel" lighter than usual for a combination of reasons. This can create an illusion. Since they all are light, if you only play on one server, it's guaranteed to feel like yours is shrinking.

There are some fantastic people on Victory, in fact it's my second server. Don't give up on it just yet!

- End of term is right around the corner for many (including myself) so there's a lot of cramming going on

If you do transfer be sure to use the check name feature to make sure that the name you have is free on the server you are going to. I decided to move a character to a less populated server for those buisy period where you can't get on, unfortunately I failed to check the name and now the character has a free rename token as the name was in use.

My server is Freedumb for better or worse, through sickness and in health, through rich and through poor, til subscription cancellation do us part.

I jumped around to different servers when I first subscribed 16 months ago to learn about the servers. I also trolled the forums & wiki to get the down low on the servers before I made my commitment to Freedumb.

My only suggestion is to the future of your online gaming. Do some research before you decide to lay roots.

You could just make some characters on other servers and play it out a bit before committing to a move.
