Best Scrapper Build for PVP

Hello everyone I have worked with blasters and controllers since i start playing COH but I have yet to make a scrapper that I enjoy playing. So I was just wondering what you all thought about scrappers in PVP. So im opening it up to you and would like to know what you think is the best and maybe give so ideas of possible builds!

Fire/Regen or BS/Regen

Fire/Regeneration

1. The ability to heal back any assassin strike very quickly
2. Incinerate is great for breaking a stalker's hide
3. Brutes will hate you

Are three reasons for why I made mine, I haven't duo'd too many corruptors, dominators, or master minds but I have killed quite a few in quick skirmishes so I really can't tell ou how it would perform against those in a real one v.s. one fight.

K awesome! does anyone have a sample build or something like that i could see just kind of to go off for the Fire/Regen...cause before i heard Katana/Inv

Well depending on how much you want to spend I have a few varying in prices builds.

Here is the build that I am going to make once I16 hits. It isn't purely PvP but it has some PvP flavor to and I fair pretty well.

Dont worry about prices I will do whatever it takes to get best build possible and have money i can transfer from already established alts so if your better ones are more expensive by all means those are prefered! lol

Can I ask why you slotted Boxing so much?

In addition to Fire/ and BS/, I'll throw in Martial Arts. It might not have the straight-up damage values, but EC's animation ups its damage, plus its controls adds another dimension to your offense.

I've done surprisingly well with my claws/sr in the last week. Apparently the addition of elusivity made SR viable again. Kind of.

Okay cool all these builds sound promising but i already started my Fire/Regen so does anyone else have build ideas for that set in PVP. Santo has a nice set and ive taken a few ideas from it but does anyone else have any other set IO or builds theyve found success with that they would be willing to share!

Thats exactly the one problem I had with the build. the defense was pretty good but saw little accuracy or to hit buffs in their and its kind of important to hit your target in pvp lol

In terms of a Fire/Regen you'll want all the Regen powers except Revive and should probably pass on Resilience. From Fire you'd probably take Fire Sword, Cremate, BU, Confront, Incinerate, and GFS. As far as pools go you'll want Hasten/SS, CJ/SJ, Phase, and the 4th pool is a toss-up between Fighting (Kick/Tough), Fitness, and Leadership (extra tohit and perception from Tactics). For an APP I'd go with either Weapon for Targeting Drone + Web Grenade (and Shuriken - more ranged attacks are very helpfulf) or Body for FA + Laser Beam Eyes.
