Why not run one of the task forces or story arcs listed here? For heroes, the Justin Augustine Tf is probably the quickest way.

That or just spend an hour at Point Sierra, helps to get Fake nems and PP's too, one good hour sweeping the area ( enemies con at 43 ) and Bobs your uncle and Martins your next door neighbours cats cousin twice removed.

May I suggest Sals Badgehunter channel for all your Badge hunting requests? Done quite a few hunts to get some of the harder to reach badges. Also a good place to start on TF's.
not have a long time for TF's. There is a story arcs hero side for this badge?
Just spend an hour in the zone to get the badge and then you get the weapons AFAIK?
