Can solo AVs?

Quicky question, a bane has enough damage and resis debuff to put an AV down alone?

I made a bane build on mids with defense softcap (all 3 positionals) and 90% global recharge. (no hasten). The build looks okay, but it has no assault, none of them. And no venon grenade, I took Shatter Armor instead, and with this recharge I calculate it'll be up every 12 seconds, since it lasts 20 secs, and stacks with surveilance, it's a permanent 40% debuff (+achilles heel proc) on the target.

Assumings it's a lethal/smash damage AV, which I would have 38% resistance to. Would a bane be able to down it?

And even if not, how effective is a bane with defense softcap? I see people complainin about bane survibiality, but they seem not hard to soft cap, didn't even had to use the pvp IO or gimp the powers. Also, the build I made is pure mellee, no ranged attack at all.

you should consider Venom grenade as an excellent attack because of his damage resistance debuff.

but i seriously don't think bane spider can solo AVs , maybe with Medecine (self healing) , defense cap , and a LOT of damage And debuff (surveillance and venom grenade would be great for this together)

I don't think this build can do it.

You're missing Pulv and Poison Ray which are respectively your best and third best attack (best attack chain in the constraints of a workable AV soloing build being, imo, Pulv PR Pulv Shatter). You're missing the healing pool. You're missing pets, they're big in DPE and Banes lacking any end management tool, DPE is important.

I made a (Mids) build softcapped with that chain, the medecine pool, the pets, and IIRC more regen and mez protection as well, but even then I wasn't happy with it. I think it'd be able to solo some AVs without insps/temps, but for me it's not worth blowing billions on a bane to basically attain the performance a brute could reach with 100-200 millions ; granted, you could say any debuff AT would beat a multi-billion inf brute build too, but the thing is with a WM/SR brute you can get pretty close to a bane in feels and looks, with better performance (for the specific task that is AV soloing) as well.
