well we will see. 2 1/2 hours. i've stock piled about 100 EoEs in base and can divy them out accordingly. You know, I get asked a lot by people "what's in it for me". well, aside from the chance for a hami drop, which is nothing compaired to those purples, there's really nothing. They ask me, "is it worth the time" and my answer is yes! It's about pride, it's about bragging rights, It's about showing yourself and dthe rest of the server that this game isn't dead. We still have half a brain left and can do somemthing other then the same AE mission 100 time in a row. The rewards are with you, eather you're good enough to hang or not. Simple as that. GL to everyone and i'll see you in the Hive
With a good raid team you can do the raid around the 30-45 min mark for 55 merits that's pretty decent reward vs time.

I take it that it didnt go well. I just went to the zone and it was empty. I did find drogoh running around and Hami was still hanging out. We did manage to die on the badge though so we've got that going for us.

yeah that didn't go so well. Ah well, lesson learned. I can only blame myself i guess. It was a valliant attempt but the coordination wasn't there. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We'll be hosting another Hami raid sometime soon that's planned a lot soner in advance and is strickly invite only among certain SGs. It's amazing that we still had problems with leachers but that was to be expected i guess. The only beef i have with the whole ordeal was one person. and this person had the gal to complain that i was typing all in caps to try and get peoples attention and even threatend to report me for harrasment? oh come on! i would have done jumping jacks on top of hamis head if it would have gotten everyones attention and working together. Again, lesson learned. next time it will be a more structured and private event, and yours truely will NOT be leading. thanks to all who showed and gave it there all.
P.S. any stratagy for future raids is appreciated, this isn't the end, only the begining

That is a good guide for a hami raid.
We usually have 4 types of teams
Yellow aggro (yellow mito taunters) made up of 6 tanks (kb protect of >13) an emp and a kin
Hami aggro 1-2 tanks 2 emps and a kin
Yellow damage 7 scrapers and a tp'r
Green team blasters, controllers, and defenders (the more holds the better for greens) (green and blue mito's)

Oh it also helps to not just "use binds" to lead. There are little things the leader needs to look for like during the countdown are there enough buffs do you need to slow it down to get more buffs on, are the mito's covered and the tanks are ok, Green team is all together and /assisting the assigned targeter. I am sure there is more but i am tired.

Well I finely make it in but missed all the excitement.Sorry it didn't go well.On the next one shoot me an E-mail.I would love to do more raids on freedom, and I have some experience on leading a spike "blue" team.

Haim use to be considered end game also, But that was back in the day when you had 200 heros in there, But without a raid leader like rose or tammy or one who knows how to do it now i dont see the point but failer,

I've been on one raid sence they change it and we got that hami killed I wish you the best of luck, and if you do kill it come to atlas and say it out loud!!!!

There WAS a thread with bindlists on Justice but I think it got eaten when the forums changed. I did try to find it and it may be there but my searchfoo is too weak.
Well. We're trying to form up an old classic. The hamidon raid. it's set for Saturday 12th at 3 pm est. The big question is, can it be done? There are several highly active SGs getting involved with quite a few vet players. But, All vets aside. Has the quality of players deminished so greatly that this feat can't be done? what do you all think? And i guess that will be answered soon enough. So join us to take on Hami and show that the game is still alive and kicking!
