Need help with Fortunata PVE build

I'm looking at this as my Fortunata build, and need to know if I'm on the right track. It's strictly PvE, and is probably going to be all standard IOs, with one Karma KB Protection thrown in. Is there anything I can change to make it more survivable, or for ease of levelling? I solo a lot, though enjoy teams. Can this take out an AV? The IOs will be pretty straight forward. Acc/hold/rech for attacks, Def/Res/end for defense, ToHitBuff for, well, you get the idea... Please let me know what you think.

Rebel Scum posted a decent build, other than his lack of hasten. One thing you might want to invest in is some special slotting for Mind Link to buff the recharge. Adjusted Targetting: rchg and tohit/rchg as well as any of the defense set def/rech work really well here and aren't too expensive.

I might mention that my one posted above and hers and levelpacted together, running together more often than not. So just with the IOs for recharge in the power, one or the other will be up at all times. That and I just hate the glowy fists you get with hasten up, and the -end crash when it wears off is one more drain on an already fairly end-heavy character. (Though the end-heavyness of it might be more my playstyle than the character itself)

Who knows, maybe I'll drop Health and pick up Hasten instead once I get up there.

What I ended up doing was mixing the two, replacing Swift with Health and taking Spirit Shark as my last power.

Sharkz are bad. Don't take em.

I'd get rid of the AOE confuse and pick up scramble thoughts. Scramble Thoughts is mag 4, which means it disorients a boss in one shot. You don't have the ST confuse to stack with the AOE confuse, so you won't be confusing bosses. Remember, no Domination or Overpower for Fortunatas.

For the most part, your great defense buffs should carry you through anything minion-sized and pretty much negate lieuts as long as you focus them. I'd tend to ensure buffs are up, scramble a boss, dominate a lieut and then blast away at the remaining lieut and let the minions get wiped out in collateral damage.

Solo you'll do great with Scramble + Dominate - you'll have hard controls up on two enemies out of a pack of maybe three, and substantial personal damage and defenses to take down the other one. Knock them down one at a time and Bob's your uncle.
