Spines/DA
Yeah, Spines/Dark strikes me as a build that really doesn't need to worry about recharge, being toggle-heavy and a fairly steady damage output.
What are some good sets for recovery bonuses, disregarding all other factors? |
Disregarding everything else, Purples. Break down a few of the sets into pairs through a couple different powers and snag the 4% Recovery bonus five times for an easy 20%. Impervium Armor has the next best with 2.5% you can snag for two pieces, plus 2.25%(?) Max End+ for a four-of in your resistance toggles. That can easily get you 25-30% with that method.

On another note, I'm totally picking up Physical Perfection when I get high enough.
I've heard about PP but I don't actually know much about it, just that it boosts regen and recovery slightly. Could anybody point me in the direction of some more info on the power please?

Nice one, thanks mate, annoying that I'll have to squeeze CP/FA in to use it, but I might respec into PP later on but not for now. Not a huge difference but noticeable. Also I would really advise on saving up and buying the theft essense proc as expensive as it is it makes a work of difference when using it.

EDIT: I also decided to throw Hecatomb into Lunge for the nice recovery and recharge bonuses, and I put Obliteration into Ripper to exchange some AoE defense for Melee, but I might put it in one of my other AoE/cone attacks instead, haven't settled on that yet.
This might be a bit out of your budget but it's what my spines/dark is setup with. Oh and I'm planning in advance to swap out CP for Physical Perfection in i16 which will be slotted the same as stamina is.

Y'know, I think my Spines/DA is 24 currently (can't check, net's gone slow), and I'm wondering when would be the optimal level to turn off XP and farm Dark Astoria until my fear of the dark is completely gone. (or I run into Adamastor one too many times)

I think he/she is using CP as a placeholder for physical Perfection, which is coming in I-16. I can't explain the other issues. :P
