Options -> on the first tab, scroll down to a section about windows, then make sure the one that's something like the lines of 'Pet Window Enabled' is enabled, then apply, and then click 'Pet' (or 'Pets') at the top of the Team window.

Some people might tell you that you can use "/show pets" to view it, but that would be wrong for 2 reasons:
1.) The name of the window is "pet", not "pets"
2.) You still have to have the option enabled for the command "/show pet" to do anything. The "Show Pet Window Option" option actually disables the window itself, not just the button to open it.
On a side note, if you don't feel like opening your options, you can enable it with this code:
/optionset ShowPets 1
Then you can open it with "/show pets" or by pressing the "Pets" button as described above.
Or to simplify even further, you can do both with just one line of code:
/optionset ShowPets 1 $$ show pet
