Friend list dropdown is missing.

I have found that over the last day or so, over multiple characters and multiple logins that a drop down menu is missing from my friends window.

The dropdown is the one that allows you to switch between friends, global friends, pact etc. The friend window appears with friends (or lack thereof) but there is no way to change this to the other windows so I can see who is online.

Is this affecting anyone else, or if not has anyone come across it before and can tell me how to fix it?

The server is EU - Defiant, if that helps.

That happens any time you are not communicating with the global server and/or the global server is completely down or having issues.

While Globals are down, you cannot send global Tells, cannot send or receive messages on any global channels, cannot use the /getlocalname or /getglobalname commands, and cannot view the global friends list.

All of the selections on that "dropdown" are Global, except for "Server", which is why you are seeing that by default.

Same here, Defiant as well, no global friends list, no chat channels available apart from Broadcast, Supergroup or Team (so no Defiant Events, nor sals badgehunters)... not only me, but my whole SG, as we have made a Faathim tf run between 2 teams with fillers, 12 people playing them in total (6 + 6), and no one had them either.

Well its good that its not just me, but bad that it appears to be server wide .

Hopefully it will be resolved soon...

Was about to thread this then noticed I'd been beaten to it.

I got the same.

What ever did we do in the days before Globals?

Yep, the Total Cat server's been down all evening.

I put in a petition about it, so they should know, but there was still no sign of it when I called it a night.
