Teleport is basically useless due to suppression.

Edit: I wouldnt take it on a blaster though.
Even with 2 people on you, it's hard to be perma surpressed. When i'm attacked i spam teleport and start clicking everywhere, and the .1 of a second that i'm not surpressed, i go away from all the action and i'm safe.
When you do this, you teleport in the same spot twice, since u clicked to teleport there, and then u click the same place before the animation was up. Not as good as it used to be, but still very useful.

PvP Redux is discontinued, for obvious reasons. Thanks to everyone who helped and joined.
Is this more viable these days for a blaster to pvp with seeing as when you get attacked your travel powers slow down anyway?
