I16 SS/Elec Without Fitness

I spent quite a bit of time trying to maximize the +recharge without overcapping any of them.
Fight was just my preference for a travel power, obviously speed would free up a power slot. In this case I felt that aid self needed to stay more than fitness, but again, personal preference.

you should put in a data chunk, or a link for the build.

Not sure if you have actually tested the changes or not, but seriously, Energize is a better heal than Aid Self, and the recharge can be cut to @ 25 seconds in an IO'd build. If you stack health and energize you can get solid regen numbers as well. You don't NEED stamina. I would use Efficacy Adapters instead of Performance Shifters in Power Sink.

Dark Armor is like that kid you knew in school that didn't know when to shut up, and no matter how bad he got beaten down, he got right back up again and kept on talking.

You have Ball Lightning listed twice. Are you sure it's not some other power at 47?

Presumably it's a placeholder for static discharge, which is coming in issue 16 but isn't in his version of mids. Ball lightning should take the same IO sets as static discharge, so it makes sense to use it as a stand in until the official i16 mids comes out.

You will not need Aid Self in a post-I16 /Elec build (spoken from hours of playtesting experience during closed beta on a respec'd build of my live Stone/Elec). Unless going Stamina-less is just something you're tooling around with or you have a good reason to do so, keep the Fitness pool (+regen from Health will stack nicely with the +regen from Energize). You might also grab Weave and look for IO sets that will give you extra melee defense.
