  1. Anyone have a workable build or advice concerning this combination? Is there something that happened since I16 to make this less attractive than say, SS?

  2. So, I've been doing a lot of research, and this is my best crack at making a build like you suggested BZB. I've got a brute I'll need to destroy through 4 or 5 respecs to get these enhancements over to a scrapper, but I didn't like him much anyhow. Though, I'm unsure if it has enough recharge to support the 3 attack chain proposed. But despite all that he's just above defense cap with all the offensive power I've shoved in there.


    Edit: I changed Stealth to Maneuvers when I remembered part of the defense bonus goes away during combat.

  3. Simple question, but can Burst be used while flying? I know that there are several PBAoE attacks, like Foot Stomp, that can't be used unless planted on the ground. Thanks for the answer in advance.
  4. I spent quite a bit of time trying to maximize the +recharge without overcapping any of them.
    Fight was just my preference for a travel power, obviously speed would free up a power slot. In this case I felt that aid self needed to stay more than fitness, but again, personal preference.
