Personally I use www.badge-w***e.com, cityinfotracker and www.vidiotmaps.com. The forums of the first site are very good and a very great number of badgers go there.
Dagnabbit, forum censors the site name. Well, it starts with w, ends with e and rimes with oar.

try using the www.badge-hunter.com alias for the same site.
Personally I prefer the titan sites (CIT and paragonwiki) for tracking and working out whats needed
