Test Server Access Takes Up To 48 Hours To Sync!

This is just a general head's up that, when you first sign up for the game, or re-activate a previous account, the Test Server Authentication won't know that you are a valid account for up to 48 hours after you sign up. Until that happens, you won't be able to log into the Training Room test environment. The system may propagate your information considerably faster - however we don't guarantee that. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this system and thank you in advance for your understanding. |
There is also a time for the Test server to catch up to the game servers.
I have just changed banks and had to update my account. I can get onto normal NA servers but can't access the Test server.

That's technically considered a "re-activated" account, and is probably why you have to wait the same 48 hours to get back on as well.

Righty, due to the lack of I16 open beta EU side, I decided to grab an NA trial account in order to get onto the NA Test server (I know I'll be limited to the character creator only). However, after several hours of client downloading, and checking to make sure the updater is named correctly and the shortcut has the " -test" on the end I attempt to login and get the 'username or password is incorrect' message. "No biggie" I think to myself, I'll just change the password on my account. I do this and wait half an hour or so. I try again with the new password. Same message. So I rinse and repeat. Same message. I've tried all 3 passwords to no avail.
I'm at a loss peeps. I have an NA trial, the NA updater, it all works except my password(s).
Another thing that's weird is that my last password change didn't seem to register with the PlayNC account management page. I can log in using the 2nd password, not the 3rd.
