The corrs are better than the defender. Scourge makes the difference there. For pure sapping the kin will do it better but it will also be alot easier to avoid. The elec therm is the best of the three builds overall. The autothit self heal is really the key difference.

you can always wait till rogue comes out and ofcourse therm will be poliferated to defenders soon. As far as the original question goes, a kin/elec defender can get a targets end down to 0 much faster than a therm but the therm can concentrate on attacks rather than constantly sapping end.
You also might want consider Corr's can go Mu Mastery and get and end drainer there too i have a energy/rad with Mu Mastery and the end sapping is gr8 not just to replenish mine but i use it in pvp on flyers and enjoy watching them fall lol.
