Cobra: I think that's a pretty good idea. City Valut, which the previous two posters alluded to, is not actually coming, so what it was or was not meant to have is irrelevant.

After going to many costume contest, I noticed that it's very hard to get a good look at some of the finer details of other players' costumes. It seems it would be fairly simple to add a rt-click option that would center the camera on another player so that you could look at him/her up close as if it were your own toon. With such a steller character creator as this game has, there should be ways to enjoy it and the creativity of others.
Then you dont have to worry bout walking all the way up close to someone, adjusting the angle, zooming in and out, etc.
