Why is Cloud Sense Proc so expensive??

Out of curiosity I took a quick survey (blueside) of the 33 recipes that are available in the 10-14 range. I doubt that the results will surprise anyone who follows the market but basically the 12 that were added in Issue 13 were all going for quite high prices (between 10mil and 60mil) while the others were basically worthless. There were three pre-I13 recipes that had very high demand relative to their supply (i.e. up to 40 demand and 0-2 supply) but the price history for them didn't reflect that (the sales pices were sub-5mil for all of them).

(thanks to MadamePistachio and RagmanX for selling me stuff I need... and I may be forgetting someone. My inbox got munched in the board swap. Thank you to the Unknown Benefactor!)
My other complaint is that I've been using my Fortunata for SF to build up my merit points but I kinda get tired of using the same toon over and over again in ITF. I want to use Crab but it is pointless to re-build merit with another toon.

I wish I could transfer merits somewhere between my own characters. That way I don't get sick of using the same toon over and over again.

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

Well, I tried some of the early-level procs like Deflated Ego's Chance to debuff Recovery. This recipe is beyond garbage.. no offense to the dev. I've tried it in pve (no obvious result) and I've tried it in pvp (again, no obvious result). I don't know what this recipe is good for. Yeah, I can see why this low lvl recipe is dirt cheap because it is useless.

Proc damage, on the other hand, produces obvious results. That I like!

1 word...BUZZSAW
For the few ppl still running this type of build it adds the much needed last touch with this proc.
Brutes can slot this with:
Zinger proc
Mako proc
Touch of Death proc
hecatomb proc
Gladiator's strike proc

That's 6 chances for a dmg proc in smite or shadow punch every cast.

Anyone curious about the buzzsaw build can search it out on the forums.

Who would pay 70mils for this negative proc is beyond me.

So pool C/D means I need to do Gold roll below lvl 30 then?
Well, i didn't pay anywhere near that much for it, but then i put in bids at what i was willing to pay and then waited. In my case i used it to put a full set of Cloud Senses in Dark Servant.

Dr. Todt's theme.

The supply side of the supply/demand balance low level procs is weak.

Now if more folks started rolling 30-34 over 35-39, that would change, however I think that roll is too ingrained into people to get a enough of a shift currently.

The problem is that there just aren't any of the Clouded Senses: chance for damage or the acc/end/rech recipes available. Only a few per month show up, and that means a "reasonable" bid is very unlikely to snag the ones that do.

The 3.75% ranged damage bonus for the full set is one reason why certain players want it.

The reward rolls were changed fairly recently to award sets based on their frequency of use in the game.

Previously all types of IO recipes had the same basic probability. Now melee damage sets and the like should be rolled more often. That necessarily means the "junk" recipes, such as holds, confuse, to-hit debuff, etc., are rolled less frequently.

When these sets first came out they had no track record, so I'm not sure how the devs decided to rank them. They have more applicability than the old to-hit debuffs because you can slot a full set and increase accuracy. My guess is that the chance to roll Cloud Senses is lower than it should be, but probably not too much lower.
