Powers Q - Thunderous Blast and Perf Shift proc

If I slot TB with the Performance Shifter proc, will the proc roll for each target hit or is just based on the activation of the power? I have a feeling it's the latter. It would be nifty if it were the former, but I doubt it.

Just checking to see if anyone knew for sure.

I believe you would get a chance off each target but it would still only fire once, it wont stack.

At least the +recharge in the knockback set does that in foot stomp.

Yes, it will roll once for each target hit. But don't slot Perf Shift in any enemy targetted power, the way the proc works is that it gives the target the extra end, so in TB it would actually give 10 End to each enemy the proc activates for

How about Power Sink? It drains targets, but it also buffs the caster's endurance. Who does the proc affect here?

I'm pretty sure any power that targets enemies will result in the proc giving End to the enemy. The only powers it makes sense to slot the proc in are pure self-buff powers like Stamina and Quick Recovery.

EDIT: actually it's not any power that "targets enemies", it's any power that has a target period. Like if you put the proc in Speed Boost it'd still only give End to your teammates, never yourself.

What matters is the "Entities affected" field of the power. For Speed Boost, Entities affected is "Friend". For Power Sink, Entities affected is "Foe". And for Stamina, it's "Caster".

Thanks for answers, even if it's not the answer I wanted. I thought it would be cool to nuke and then regain 30% of end from the proc. Too good to be true.

If you have a Pain Domination friend, one Painbringer with some +endurance enhancement will give you positive Recovery after nuking. I've tested this with my bro's Corruptor. It's pretty neat.

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

He didn't specify which side, but you're correct; either Painbringer or Adrenalin Boost with a single endmod SO outpaces the recovery debuff portion of the crash. Of course, your endurance still bottoms out, so any toggles you have will still drop, but you will gain endurance during the crash period.
