How Do You Send Costumes

I Know This Sounds A Little Noobish But How Would You Send/Recieve A Costume?

Not noobish {though oddly capitalized}, but somewhat confusing.

You can save and load a costume at the tailor or the character creation screen. You can also give costume piece recipes to another character, though once they're crafted, the recipe disappears and the costume piece option is allotted to the character which crafted it.

When you save a costume file, it's put out on your hard drive.

If you've installed CoH in the default location, these costume files will be found in c:\program files\city of heroes\costumes\

Just take the file from there and you can send it to whoever you want. They can then take it and put it back in that directory on their computer and they'll have the saved costume file.

It's also good to note that the saved costumes may not appear correcetly on the new character if they have not have unlocked certain necessary costume pieces.

Exactly. For the default path, you should be able to find COSTUME files (which can be parsed/ edited in Notepad and such) in:
C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\Costumes\costumename.COSTUME

Correct. For example, if you've crafted Draconic Wings for a character, use them in his/ her costume, and save the costume, your other character must have Draconic Wings in order to use the imported costume file. Also, the character must be the same model type (Male/ Female/ Huge).

Edit: However, if you're talking about trading costume part recipes, you can do that with a direct trade or through the Market (to the highest bidder). However, you can only trade costume RECIPES. Once the recipe is crafted, the piece is added to your character at that point, meaning you can no longer give/ sell it to another character.
