Need help finding a new PCI card

Maybe this one? It's passively cooled and definitely better than the ATI 9200 you ahve.
Do you have a price limit or card size restriction to hamstring us any further or is it just PCI, faster than a 9200 and fanless (ie low power since power means heat)?
I would say the HD 4350. It's also a very low power card unlike the 6200 or 9400GT since power means heat and you mention too much heat is bad in your situation.

I don't want to spend too much money, not much more than 100
As for size the 6800 I have but can't use is 9.5" and is manageable but if you know of anything smaller than that it would be better.
Also my slot is PCI not PCI-e which is where the problem in finding one has been.
Thanks very much for the help.
Both of the cards that were recommended to you are PCI, not PCI-E.
If you're willing to spend $100 on a PCI video upgrade of all things, then I seriously advise you to not spend that money and instead save it towards a rebuild.
Take a look at the $600 rig linked in FatherXmas' sig.
You'd have a decent chunk of that saved away by not wasting money on a PCI upgrade, and even a machine a fair amount cheaper than the $600 build would most definitely be leaps and bounds better than your current set up.
This seems like the best place to post this, so here goes
Currently I have an ATI Radeon 9200, now I'm looking into getting a better card than the one I have, the only problem is I have a PCI slot and getting a new rig isn't currently an option.
I've tried a GeForce 6800 XTreme but that one generates too much heat
Can anyone recommend a PCI card for me, that doesn't have one of those built in fans, but can perform better than my Radeon 9200?
