And when you can afford 'em, three of those recharge/to-hit/def-buff hami-Os are the way to go. Saves you a slot that way as well.

Thanks to this thread my mindlink is now back up before it has dropped when hasten is active, and only down for a few seconds between hasten firings. I might actualy drop hasten form my build thanks to this info 
If I slot a Set IO or Hami-O that has a recharge reduction component into Mind Link, does it decrease the recharge time?
