Kinda hard to judge with all straight-up IOs or SOs. "Conventional" slotting is a no-brainer. Goal-oriented IO slotting for set bonuses is a whole different kettle of fish.
What did you use to plan your build?
It is quite hard to judge a build written like that but if you use Mids Hero Planner (Google it) you can put your builds in there and then we can see every last bit of information that will help us.
It wont help me because I am not good enough with PB's, but it will help you get more replies in future.

Kinda hard to judge anything that's not in Mids. Sheesh, I've been spoiled by that little app... but seriously, get Mids and get your build in it so you could post it here. It simply negates people having the excuse of TL;DR when all they gotta do is click the link 
I believe that a Kheldian Gold Standard should be based on SO's, and for anything above that... there's Platinum!

Meh, don't worry about mid's. Slot what ever you happen across, it won't make a big difference anyways.
If you PL'd to 50 just to get an "epic" thinking you'd be �ber, you're going to be sorely disappointed with the HEATs, because the VEATs were designed so that anyone with one good finger and a braincell can rock the toggles.

Hi! to start off im no expert, im not saying this build is THE sh*t. Ive done alot of reading on the boards, looked at alot of builds. an used my play experience to make what i think is a good tri-form build. effective in human, nova, and dwarf. Ok, my strategy was To make nova and dwarf effective with slotting, which i think i did. Human form effective for melee and buffs for my forms, which i think i did. I took haste because its haste ha. Health, Stamina to support my human form. And then i took SS and stealth at the very end just because i didnt kno wat else to take, an i thought that having mish invis is never bad, but i would replace these for something better if you can suggest something...
PSS i wanted to take tough an weave but jus didnt see a way to fit it with out sacrificing more then it was worth...
