Yeah I think Pacifica sounds alot better...and as a self proclaimed Oceanic spokes person (for this post) I welcome your servitude...NOW GET BACK TO WORK!
I like the sound of Pacifica, but I think it's too open to misunderstandings. Either as including the US Pacific coast, or just limiting to the pacific island cultures (a very small subset of CoX players indeed). Check out the Pasifika festival in Auckland:

I much prefer the sound of the Southern Hemisphere Allicance for Global Conquest ... but Oceania will do.
But Min Min, South Africa's in the southern hemisphere too!
My fave is actually 12 Zulu, but I think it's unfortunately a little too obscure.
That's ok, we can include South Africa. I've heard the New Zealand accent described as South African, but less evil. I suspect they'll fit in well.
Technically, if we're going by time zone don't we include the Chinese, Japanese and Koreans as well?
Yes definitely, although in my experience language can be a problem.
