I somewhat doubt that. I think they mean "Oceanic" as in the nations of the Southern Pacific regions.

Except that you haven't yet guessed correctly, ergo you either failed your time transmission (through lack of the correct devices or just tragically dying or something), or you're waiting for some wisecrack comment like this so that you can prove it wrong.
