Speaker Reversal
I have not seen or heard of any way to reverse the channels through software, but if you are really creative, you can rewire the plug or make your own adapter to reverse the channels (lol).
Realistically, the best/easiest thing to do is just set up the speakers where you want them, and then use a mini-jack extension cable to make it reach your computer tower. Such a cable can be found at almost any department store that has an electronics department.
Edit: The information above was providing the speaker was using a mini-jack connection. In your case of using a USB connection, you'd have to rewire the speaker or wire internally (lol again), or simply get the USB extension cable instead, which should also be easy to find in a local store.

Actually, using an extension cable on something like USB is LESS of a problem than on an analog signal. As long as you stay within the USB spec for cable lengths, you should be fine.

I tried Google-ing this but did not find anything helpful, so I'm seeking help here.
You may have heard this story before.
I have Logitech X-230 Speakers. Unfortunately, my rig is set up on the left side of my desk. The USB cord for the speakers is on the right speaker and is not long enough to place on the right side of my desk. So now, the right speaker sits on the left side of my desk. The left speaker sits on the right side of my desk.
Is there a way to reverse the sound?
