We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

If you don't have a second account of your own, the best options, as always, is to post on your server forum that you are looking for help with that. There are enough good people willing to help that you shouldn't have to wait very long and the high-visibility discourages thieves. Just don't do it with someone who doesn't post on the forum.

No direct way to transfer between same account toons, other than:
- Have a second account
- Take a chance with WW/BM
- Hope your most trusted friend is online
- Buy a set IO enhancement, put it in storage in the base, pick it up with the target toon, and sell it.
That's all I can think of at the moment.

There's always hope that the devs may change their minds on this feature, but so far it seems they don't want us to be able to do it without jumping thru some hoops.
The method of buying some IOs and transferring them via the SG base storage is handy if both of your characters are in the same SG and have storage access. Then the second character and pick up the IOs and re-sell them (possibly at a higher rate)
If you form a SG containing only your own alts, you can safely stock all the enhancements your base can hold for your alts to either use or resell at their convenience.
