Like Galadiman said, the winning item will go to the highest bidder and lowest seller. So use that to your advantage. Useful article I saved up during my early ebil years, can't remember who wrote though so all credit goes to them

Question on market mechanics.
Lets hypothesize. If one of my toons has an item that another toon needs, i.e. Alchemical Silver, will this work?
The buying toon (the one that needs the item) posts a bid for lets say 3.
Then the selling toon posts the said item for a price of 3.
Will the buying toon get the item or will the item go to the highest bidding price no matter what?
