You can change your forum theme by selecting it from the dropdown thingy at the bottom of every forum page. It's the box that say "-- Hero" in it by default.
And I'm sure they know about the dev digest. They haven't posted anything that I can tell about it. They're probably working on fixing stuff frantically and are too busy to post much.
They're working to fix the dev digest - their main priority was to get the basic forums working, which they are - now they're fixing the extra stuff.

It's not just the dev digest, the links in the 'Guide to Guides' are also broken, but I'll assume you are right Golden Girl. There are a lot of links in all the stickied posts, gonna take a while to fix them all i guess, but at least the forums are up again.
Yes, they are working on the Mod/Dev digests, in the meantime, click here for a temporary workaround.
After choosing your skin in the bottom left drop down menu, click the link in my sig for further skinning options if you don't like the default set up here.
All links to previous posts and thread from the old forums are broken, probably permanently. Links to posts and threads use the post/thread number, and the new forums have renumbered all the old posts/threads.
With the Guide to Guides, the author and thread topic has (mostly) been saved in the name of the link making searching for it tenable. I'll be looking to re-do the GtG, but, that'll take a week or two.

It would be next to impossible to write a script to fix all the old links, and as much of a pain as manually fixing things is, it is a less labor intensive solution.
At least the Guides are mainly a matter of fixing links. wrt the City Scoop, we're discovering the new forums handle html in a very different fashion, and whether or not we can fix the old issues is still a bit up in the air.

The community and dev digests seem to be useless at the moment. The links are all broken. I'm presuming someone knows about this and is fixing it but if they have posted about it *where* have they posted about it?
(Also is there any way to change the colour/look of the forum?)
