IMO, the Psy APP is the only good choice for a Kin. Mass Hypnosis->Fulcrum Shift->Rain of Arrows->Fistful->Exploding drops all minions and lieutenants in a spawn. (even level)
I've got two builds that I can post. The first build is a high recharge build. This was the first build I went for, just to say I could have perma-hasten. After getting there and realizing that I didn't really notice much of a difference after about 60% global recharge, I dumped a bunch of the recharge bonuses and went for a lot of Ranged and AoE defense. In the second build, both ranged and AoE are around 33% which when teaming, all you need is a very small amount of defense to soft cap you. So, here they are.

EDIT: I'll also add Sonic blast can use other epics as well since it has Siren's Song, and the stacked -res really helps the attacks from Elec and Power.

I agree psychic is probably best, but don't forget Oppressive Gloom + Stunning Shot, the toggle means you never worry about minions and with kin's high recharge you should be able to use stunning shot on Lts fairly reliably.

Hi, I am trying to figure out a build for my Kin/Arch fender.
I am considering getting the Elec EPP. I will probably be in melee range most of the time.
