Patch Downloading (4th August 2009)

It's probably the one that's been on the training room for a little bit. When it was patched there, they said notes would be coming but I've yet to see any really. Hopefully they'll post some soon unless they like us to guess what's changed.
I didn't get a patch... 
And why would they put out a patch at 3am?

Anyone have any idea what todays patch is?
My Search-fu has failed me today and I can't see anything on it
