Another question on Mind Link
I may be wrong, but I think the numbers you're seeing assume the 70% recharge from Hasten, so those numbers would be true only while hasten is up.
Can't be his recharge says 73.8 Basilisks Gaze gives 7.5% and he has two so that already makes your statement incorrect.

EDIT: Oh, and he's really gimping himself in a number of ways to get that recharge. No damage in Dominate? No defence in Foresight?
Also, especially V-side, I consider a number of those IO sets to be "higher than normal" in cost. Certainly doable, but still not cheap for a non-farmer.
I can't recall the exact amount of global recharge you need for perma mind link with 3 slotted Hasten. But, it's more towards 80%. Remember you have to account for Hasten dowtime.
Hmm ok, I wasn't aware that Foresight had a larger defense bonus than the stealth, I was assuming it was the same for some reason. I'll change that up. And is it due to the fact that hasten is included in the calculations? Now that I think of it, it probably does have to do with the fact that hasten is being included, and since hasten is just under perma by like 9 seconds all of my calculations are throw off.
Or...are they? NOW I'm thinking that since hasten is only down 11 seconds, and I can get it back up rather quickly, that those 11 seconds aren't having that much of an effect on mind link's recharge. Arg, anyone privy to this stuff?
Also, is there anything that could be done to increase my recharge, bar the LotG unique?
Base buff gives 20% (?) recharge for an hour of playtime.
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
Hmm That's interesting, not a bad solution to a problem either. The base buff is pretty dirt cheap too.
Would you suggest getting mindlink right away at 24?

Both Foresight and Mind Link should be selected as soon as your build allows. They're the basis of your survivability, Widow or Fortunata, at least until the late game. For many builds, for your entire career.
From what I heard, it was supposed to be really hard to get Mind Link permanent...but I threw together a build in Mids' that does it, and it isn't all that expensive looking. Here it is. I was wondering if I was confused or was misinterpreting the data because this says It'll be up before it is down. Any ideas/suggestions/comments/complaints are more than welcome!
I haven't visited the Black market on any of these, so I'm going on memory on how much they cost. From what I remember most are reasonably priced recipes.
