So guys, very quick question, will power boost do anything spectacular for storm summoning? I'm looking at thunder clap, will it hold bosses and lieuts or does it just increase the duration? Also, will it do anything for tornado and lightning storm? Lastly, will it increase the resistance debuff in freezing rain?

So guys, here is my dilemma. I love my mind/fire dom, but I simply am not rich enough to get her to perma domination with the fire epic, but I want it so badly! There's just so much...damage! I've tweaked and tweaked and tweaked but can't find anything else to do! I played with making her //ice, and even though I'm able to get her to a safe permadomination area without a 4th purple set, it just lacks that umph that I get from fireball and RoF!. Any help would be appreciated.
P.s. I am under the impression that with hasten, you need just over 110% recharge to get perma dom (that is what mids' is also telling me.) Am I wrong?

I recently got my fire/fire brute to 25, and I was curious to know what the best route to go would be for fire/fire. The recharge times on the powers are quite quick, so I am thinking that hasten isn't necessary, same goes for recharge IO sets. I'm looking to survive while still putting out damage, and my build so far has only left out consume, taunt, and breath of fire. I have tough, acro, stamina, and electric fences for Burn. Any ideas? I'm looking for a build or two for mids' if anyone is willing to throw me one. I'm not sure how to go about getting IO's for things other than Rchg. Should I go defense, regen, more resistance? Any help would be appreciated.

I've played both sides of this debate, and I must say, even the most controlling of MM can't tell their pets which attacks to churn out. I agree with the OP, much more often than not you have a terrible player at the helm of a MM. And yes, I am also willing to say it is the brute's job to handle the agro, because without the agro centered around something you reduce the effectiveness of attacks. Solo, KB is useful. In a group, it is counterproductive if the team is of sufficient make (if they aren't its time to find another team!)
P.S. Too lazy to go back and change things, when I said terrible player, I meant someone who doesn't know how to manage the MM for teaming, making it terrible. Not necessarily a terrible player. -
Hmm That's interesting, not a bad solution to a problem either. The base buff is pretty dirt cheap too.

Hmm ok, I wasn't aware that Foresight had a larger defense bonus than the stealth, I was assuming it was the same for some reason. I'll change that up. And is it due to the fact that hasten is included in the calculations? Now that I think of it, it probably does have to do with the fact that hasten is being included, and since hasten is just under perma by like 9 seconds all of my calculations are throw off.
Or...are they? NOW I'm thinking that since hasten is only down 11 seconds, and I can get it back up rather quickly, that those 11 seconds aren't having that much of an effect on mind link's recharge. Arg, anyone privy to this stuff?
Also, is there anything that could be done to increase my recharge, bar the LotG unique? -
From what I heard, it was supposed to be really hard to get Mind Link permanent...but I threw together a build in Mids' that does it, and it isn't all that expensive looking. Here it is. I was wondering if I was confused or was misinterpreting the data because this says It'll be up before it is down. Any ideas/suggestions/comments/complaints are more than welcome!
I haven't visited the Black market on any of these, so I'm going on memory on how much they cost. From what I remember most are reasonably priced recipes.
