Slotting Liquefy?
I'm pretty sure I slotted a complete Dark Watchers set in mine and got 90+ rech and 90+ debuff, but i'll have to go look to be sure.
Well, I don't see a reason to take the acc out to put in another to hit debuff, as it debuffs 51% already, flooring them, but ymmv.

My sonic's theme was to be superspeed through and through, I have him tight on the recharge rewind. Liquefy is underrated since there are no orange or green numbers.

You don't really need to slot for accuracy. The -def, -tohit, -rech, knockdown, -jump and -fly are all autohit. The only aspect with a tohit check is the hold and the damage. I think I have 3x Dampened Spirits and 3x Undermined Defenses, which gives 4% +dmg and 3.6% +end as well as max recharge and decent debuffage.
Uun is quite right. The acc only helps with that first pulse, and with the least worthwhile parts of the power.
Anyway. I slotted 3 Undermined (Debuff, Debuff/End/Rech, Debuff/Rech) and 3 Dampened (Debuff, Debuff/End/Rech, Debuff/Rech). Gives a nice bit of extra end, and ends up with better than -50% in both defense and tohit. Works pretty well for me.
3x Membranes, if saving slots are a concern.
If you have tons of extra slots, then the 3x Undermined/3x Dampened set routine works nicely enough. Personally, I threw an extra range slot in there because I wanted to make sure I could fire it from out of aggro range (and ideally from behind corners), but it's far from necessary.
Rule number six of an empathy defender is NEVER underestimate a blaster's ability to die. I don't care if he has CM, Fort, both RAs, bubbles (both FF and Sonic), and is fighting next to a Storm defender with hurricane on. If there is a way to die in that situation, the blaster will find it.
I seem to remember slotting lots of damage procs in it, and they tick in for the whole duration - not only the first pulse. Need to check what's exactly in it besides straight up recharge.
For a standard build, I do 4 Dark Watcher's (for the recharge bonus) and 2 Dampened Spirits to cap recharge & to hit as well as good end redux. For my specialized build, I 6-slot Lockdown, not because the holds in Liquefy are worth a damn, but just for the +def bonuses. Really, the power doesn't need a lot of slotting other than maxing out recharge (which 6-slotting Lockdown almost does, btw), so either go w/3 Membranes or work on whatever IO bonuses you're going for.
An Offensive Guide to Ice Melee
I go 4 dark watchers despair and then a level 50 common recharge IO. The 4 obviously not the proc, and whichever give the best rech/debuff stats.

As a sonic res noob I slotted it one acc, 3 rech, 2 to hit debuff. Maybe the acc isn't needed since it pulses multiple times. Any suggestions? By the way, the recharge on this power is a little too long IMO for what it does.
