I'd recommend skipping Permafrost and either Pulverize or Jawbreaker. The rest of the sets are pretty much 'must have' IMO. You could also skip Taunt since CE is such a good Taunt aura, but I like having Taunt on my tanks and would definitely get it.

Permafrost is usually skipped, unless you aren't taking tough/weave. Permafrost is mostly useless on an ice tank, but it does make for a great place to put that Steadfast res/def unique, get your defense numbers even higher.
Tough also allows you to put that in, and provides more meaningful resists to you.
Hey all I made an Ice/Mace tank for double xp weekend. I needed a new tank anyway. I have been playing him and have fallen in love with him. My question is what powers in both sets can i skip. I look at them all and i want them all but i think that would make my build to tight and slotting it even tighter. Help me please al u veteran tankers. What powers are so-so in both sets. Are there ones that i might skip.
