Double XP weekend and Protector connection woes

Yep, that's right. The losing global chat bug appears to be back. I thought that one was fixed....

The global chat thing seems to be related to the issues that Protector has been having this weekend. I experienced it several times while on Protector, but not once while I was on Victory.
Tech Support Rule #1 - They will lie to you. Usually intentionally.
It was bad even in unpopulated zones. I took my 32 blaster to Brickstown to hunt Crey for the Icon mission. There was only like 10 people in the zone cause I checked before I went. Once I got off the tram, I mapservered with EVERY SINGLE STEP. I got so disgusted I logged off that toon and just went on another for a while.
Proctector: Doc Heal lvl 50 Illusion / Empath
Sweet Fyre lvl 50 Fire / Rad
Axe Wielding Maniac lvl 50 Stone / Axe
Doc Heel lvl 39 Robots / Traps
Issue was also on Champions this weekend.
DBServer issues logging in, massive amounts of mapserver issues, full team DC's (Lost xp and had to redue a mayham in 2 mins *did it at mission lvl 4*). It was not just once things like this happened.

Ok, I hate to do this but I have to complain about the connection issues this weekend. All weekend long Protector server has had bad issues with lag, Sunday alone I failed not one, but two timed missions because of getting disconnected from the server. A Mayhem mission and a timed mission from the Efficentcy (sp, I know.) Expert.
Now our server was no where near full, so there shouldnt be these issues. Now I know I've had problems in the past on my end, but on our fairly full global chat room I heard more then 1 person complaining about the same thing.
I sure hope that the tech's for CoH will look into what's going on with these servers before our next double XP weekend.
