Points Echo, Bravo, Charlie, and Foxtrot in Firebase Zulu.
Or you could do a shard Task Force, you'll get plenty of credit that way.

I forgot to add that you should go with a group to force larger mob sizes.

as a side note just having people on your team regardless on in zone or not pumps up spawn sizes

I haven't looked real hard, but the only place I've been able to consistently find Overseers is around the Death Star thing in the Chantry. They hang out at the tunnel entrances to the teleporters. Is there anywhere where they would be more numerous?
