events are atleast 150KM out of reach, and i don't think there is any chance they are gonna give some codes to pc gameplay(dutch magazine)

The events mentioned (for EU players to get codes) seem to refer to ingame events, Sorudo. So if you can get to the EU servers at the right time then you can get to the events.
