Problem when buying Super Booster III

I have bought the pack, but it won't let me apply it to my account it says "You can't use the supplied serial code" and "The serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have." I mean wth. I have contacted support and they're looking into it but I doubt anything will get done. 
I have previously bought the other 2 booster packs and not had any problems.

You may have inputted your details wrong the first time by mistake and because you've tried again it thinks your a fraudster. It's nothing to worry about though, the "fraud" warning automaticly drops after a set unknown period of time. Just means you can't get your SB:3 today.
If you did put your details in right then contact your bank and ask why it was refused.

Unfortunately that sounds like you bought a US code... So i'm sure support will sort that out for you, even if it will be slow assistance.

Ok, so I decided to grab the new Super Booster. Put in all my details, but when I click confirm purchase it comes up with "Rejected". I click "Back" re-enter my details, and now every time I click "Confirm Purchase" it accuses me of fraud
What am I doing wrong?
