We are one of the biggest SG's defiant, lots of mature players who like a laugh, some (like me) a fair bit older than you 
GGRRR is a very active and very friendly SG with a very large fully equiped base. We run very regular sg teams and TF's and have a whole host of other regular events and competitions. We have our own website with forums, a seperate GGRRR wiki site, ongoing online comic, facebook group and Rosie our coalitionradio DJ.
We are very laid back and the SG has one main aim - to have fun!
A warped sense of humour is useful, but not essential

iam myself with GGRRR and they are a few of us with familys me being one of them i have 4 little ones and the guys in GGRRR have really brought me out of my shell in game we always have fun

I think you will find that several players are of the more mature type 
I for one won't see 50 ok 55 again 
What I've seen of GGRRR and having teamed with some of them they seem a good SG

I've been trying to find you guys online but I don't know how, or if, you can search for guilds. Was thinking I would try and team with some of you :-)
Anyway...since I'm having trouble tracking you down, maby you, who are more experienced in terms of game mechanics can track me down instead.
47 Ties, Karma Police and the Echelon are also good SGs, I've heard.

if you're looking for a bit of evil in your heroism, have alook at Infernal Justice. We've just kicked off the second wave of alts (level 15 average).
regular nights: tuesdays (oldies) and wednesdays (2nd legion) with unofficial fridays for non-SG events.
a fairly ... old (i'll refrain from the word mature as that may be misleading )... playerbase. Quite laid back and often the banter is as much, if not more fun than the missions themselves

concept: we play demons bound by infernal
requirements: magic based character preferably with a demonic feel. there's a thread on the boards with the agreed powersets allowed.
I will add to Evangel's post as a member of Infernal Justice it's the most fun SG/team that I have ever been in
For the fairly short time we have been going we have a large regular player base. It's not unknown for 2 or 3 TFs plus a mission team to be operating at the same time

Hi name's Kithara (not like the instument) I'm an outgoing sort of person who likes to help others and just have fun.
As you can tell from the title I'm looking to join a supergroup.
I've just come back to the game after a long time away and have forgotten a lot. Also I find that new things have been implemented that I could use some help understanding :-)
In real life I have just passed my 30ies. I have a 9 month old daughter, who takes up a lot of time. I'm in early retirement though so I am home most of the time, so most days I have a lot of play time.
I'm looking for a Supergroup with a more mature population. Preferably one that has a lot of members with their own familes. Ones that will understand the "opps sorry guys need a few mins afk, baby just fell on her nose" and such. The most important thing for me in an SG though is a fun and lively SG chat and that members like playing together. Both with people their own lvl and by sidekicking or exemplaring.
Hope I strike some peoples interest by this and that you contact me here or in game.
My global handle is @Kithara that's also the name of my main, a lvl 33 controller. (I LOVE controllers)
