Your security level will still be level 50. Just be like you started off a new toon and got to level 50 without seeing a trainer to get your new slots/powers.

I have been trying to suggest a lvl 50 (or similar) oro mission set to flashback and save/rob all banks in sequence, thus allowing for the chance to gain any missing badges from these type of missions including the exploration ones.
