Advertise them as something different ingame.
Set up a team to do it, word of mouth is the most poweful form of advertising.
Use the MA channel to advertise it properly.
Use better keywords for people who search for something specific.

I15 may help here - it has a small selection of keywords/categories and allows the author to tag up to 3 of them per arc. Not a perfect selection of keyword/categories - but a pretty good one that I hope will make it much easier to search the arc store.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try it out (Along with what I learned from the US thread) 
Ok, so I have three arcs right now, two of them (Each related) have three plays while my newest has none.
How do people get their arcs well known? And yes I do advertise them on the boards and CityofGuides
