They were awarded during the actual day of the 5th anniversary i think they only last for a month or so but not sure about that

I believe they are temporary titles awarded by the Devs/GMs at the start of The Fifth Anniversary Event.
There are rather lovely and eye-catching aren't they! - I wish I had one!. 
Ah, cool. Not sure I'd like having the title (I made a normal title for my main 2 years ago at lvl 15 and now I can't wait to get to the next title change so I can remove it), at least not for that long, but it's always nice to know where these things come from and availability etc..

Oh right!, not long to go then!. BTW at level 50 you can change the wording of your standard title at any time by visiting a trainer.
and at every 5 level interval you can too, iirc.

Yeah, only got to lvl 21 last night (too much time creating alts and alt server mains and alts! Oh and I had about a two year break!) Yeah knew about the lvl 50 ability to change them at any time, long way off 50 yet!
Didn't know about the every 5 levels though, as far as I saw on a few reference sites it's only available a few times until lvl 50. I'll have to check it out.

It used to be lvl 15 and lvl 35 with origin specific titles unlocking at 35, now it's changed to every 5 levels and 50s can change it when they like.
The origin specific titles are the same though.
The special anniversary gold titles are set to live 720 total hours. (means 30 days)
Others gold titles exists but they are not same. (some are permanents.)

Excuse the noob but I have a question that should be answered fairly quickly. I see several people with the gold titles above their name (and list of other titles in some cases). How are these available? Is it just a temporary selection for the duration of the anniversary made from the title change menu (which can be changed twice until lvl 50 when it can be changed at anytime) or is it something else entirely?
