Of course, yeah, AFAIK they've never appeared or been named in-game or any other media.

I seem to recall someone telling me that the guy with the topknot was called Tribal but I wouldn't put money on it.
They do have names but I don't remember where I saw them shown.

You remember the old blue screen with only COH in it, i believe those 3 were also there. On the US there has been a topic about it, some did gave references to existing heroes.
Also, but only afaik, the US deluxe box (with those sprint animations) i believe had some of the names in the manual.
