You should be close to having access to Patron powers. I believe you only have to do 5-6 missions before unlocking the patron powers. You can then carry on with that particular story arc if you so wanted.

I just finished the "save the mystic" and I hate soloing maps looking for glowies... frustrates me and usually makes me motion sick from the stupid cave maps. 
Hopfully won't be far now then.

Just be careful of the EB fight. And Gz on getting your villain to 50.

I'm doing the Black Scorpion patron missions just now too, it's bloody hard solo. Gonna see if I can get a team together tonight. Should I tell them it's farming?

thanks for the offers of help. Still might try and take you guys up on them, but I'll see how it goes. Something must have been messed up last time I tried them, because I went back to the one I'd gotten stuck at and the mobs were a lot easier. I'd been teaming just before trying it, and think maybe the game had scaled them to team size even though I was solo.
Not exactly easy now, but far more manageable.

Ok so I have finally got myself a villain to 50 !! omg i know, 1st one after countless hero's, and I wanted her ready for MASSIVE MUSCLES pvp night tonight, I completed the last few levels in the MA studios in RWZ with my Fire/Kin.
Ok so my prob, attempted to level her up last night, soon as I hit 41 i find that you need to do a silly long PvE arc to get access to the patron powers. I have picked ghost widow and off i went to try the few missions she gave me, an hour later and the blinking thing still isn't complete!
Infact the bar in the contact is hardly moving at all...
So, is there anyone out there more experienced at rushing missions than I? who could help me from 6pm to 7pm tonight?
My stalkers name is "TheCountess" and I was hoping she would be ready for RV at 7pm.
