If you only have about 150 M to spend, could i suggest you go for Hammi's instead of sets?
You will probably notice them more, for eg, 6 slotted attack, 3x Dmg/Acc Hammi's 2xRech and 1xEnd-Red.
1x lvl 50 Io = about 42.5% Ench
So you would get 85% Recharge
and 42.5% End Reduc without loosing out on
99%Dmg + Acc.
This would probably be more cost effective way of spending your Inf.
Dmg/Acc Hammis are about 5 - 10 million atm, depending on how long you wanna wait to get them.

Definately hamis, with the odd frankenslot here and there IMHO.
No point going for sets for 150 Mill. The sets you can buy in that range won't be better than hamis.

Was checking out the prices of Hami's in WW.
I think their my best option, so I'll play around with mids, and see what I can do...
I was also wandering should I drop the Leaping set, and replace so I can get tough?
I would drop RTTC. It gets detoggled everytime someone sneezes at you and the cast time and rooting is horrible(unless you ar using it as a mule)
Ok guys, my MA/Will scrapper will soon be lvl50 and Ill be removing him from PvE and going PvP mode.
Basically I need some help with what powers I should be picking, and how to slot. I would like to buy some cheap IO's for the sets but I only have around 150 mil inf.
If someone out there can get me a build, I would really appreciate it!
