Yes you can sell them.
Note: There is also a 10 minute cooldown once you receive a drop. Be sure to take this into account if you're looking to arena/zone farm them
Is it just me, or is a 10 minute cooldown actually going to have little effect with a 1% drop-rate
eg, you're unlikely to get 100 kills in 10 minutes anyways so it won't affect the drop rate too much.

True. But Arena farming would mean that once a drop was received, you'd stop attempting to get one for 10 minutes, as the drop rate changes from 1% to 0%.
I think that's exactly the way they're hoping it'll work. A 10 mins cooldown won't affect the droprate for normal play too much, but it might be enough to slow down farming.

Hey!
Im sure anybody on the test server might be able to awnser this. I realize now there is going to be PvP enhancements released with i14 and you can only aqquire them by killing in the arena and PvP zones. Basically drops from other players.
What is the actual chance you recieve one of them from a player?
Is it just random? Or is there a little chance of about 5%?
Can you sell them in WW/Black Market?
If so I think a lot would be going for some good amounts of inf, but are they not going to be allowed?
