I have a playlist of a mixture of the Iron Man OST, Black Hawk Down OST, Apocalyptica, Some from Firefly and a few from Battlestar Galactica OST.
Driving with the top down is epic! it just makes me wish there was Supersonic flight in CoX, the one good thing about the latest Superman disaster...i mean game, the flying.
A randomly-picked mix of chiptunes, Machinae Supremacy, Muse and hardcore dance. Among other things. 
The Super Stardust HD soundtrack works well too.

Stuff
Fast music. The faster the better. Because it helps me get into a rhythm... And leave the rest of the team in the dust behind me.
Ok so maybe not that fast(has been known to cause me to run into several groups of enemies while the rest of the team is somewhere... nobody gets hurt however(-the foes)).
But right now its Meiko all the way!

I like to play rock and techno to CoX, dunno why though...
Rock goes awesomely with CoX, imo.
But if RP kicks in...a couple of ballads with strong lyrics are better...playing the right tunes at the right time...yeah, they can get you in the right mood for the right char

What music do you find yourself playing when on CoX that REALLY works ?
A couple for me.
ITF : Has to be the gladiator soundtrack. Just feels utterly right, especially if you run into rommy at the right point
Anything in a run-down city block : The Ghost in the shell soundtrack for me here. Just fits the bill completely
Obviously I have random moments of other tracks working well with the game, but those are two albums that I now make a point of playing every now and then.
